You can redeem up to three LASCANA E-Gift cards per order. If the total of your gift card(s) exceeds your order total, we will maintain the credit in your account. If you have more you’d like to apply to a single order, call 1 (888) 772-3160, and a LASCANA account specialist will help you. If your purchase is more than the amount on your gift card(s), a credit card is required and the balance will be placed on your credit card. If your purchase, including shipping, handling and applicable taxes, is less than the amount on your purchase, the balance will remain on the gift card.

NOTE: Gift Certificates are still accepted as payment for purchases. Please enter your gift certificate number in the space provided at the check-out window.

When you arrive at the Billing and Shipping page of checkout, you will notice a place to enter up to three E-Gift cards toward one purchase.

This E-Gift card does not expire. Cardholders may take their time and select the apparel most pleasing for them season after season.

If this card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, LASCANA may replace it if you provide the original receipt or card. Replacement card will be the value of the card at the time LASCANA receives your report of loss, theft or unauthorized use.

Special offers or discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of E-Gift cards. However, when a E-Gift card is redeemed, it can be combined with a special offer or discount offer and used to pay for items. If you purchase both E-Gift cards and items online and enter a promo code, the promo will be applied only to the merchandise in your order.

Your card is redeemable for cash when the balance is less than $5 or as otherwise required by law. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of E-Gift cards.

Any purchases made with a LASCANA^® E-Gift Card can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase following our customer return policy. Note: Refunds will be issued in the form of another E-Gift card if an E-Gift card was the original form of payment.
