• Box-free, label-free, contact-free
• Immediate refund

• Under return methods, select "other options"
• Choose "Box and ship items using a pre-paid label"
• Print your shipping label
• Bring your box to the carrier shown on the label

Within the return portal you may exchange items for a different size in that same item. However, if you’d like to exchange for a different color or different item entirely, you will need to process a return for LASCANA Wallet Credit and then use that credit to place a new order for the other item. Reminder, there is no return fee when you choose LASCANA Wallet Credit as your refund method!
