Happy Returns makes life easier for LASCANA customers and the environment by eliminating the superfluous use of paper, boxes and more. With Happy Returns, we also are helping to lower emissions by reducing the amount of individual return shipments.
If you choose not to visit a Return Bar, you may print a pre-paid return shipping label through the Happy Returns portal and return your items via UPS.
How it Works with a Pre-Paid Shipping Label
1. Start your return at lascana.happyreturns.com
2. After verifying the items you wish to return and reason for returning, choose the option Box & Ship Items Using A Pre-Paid Label.
3. Print and attach the shipping label to your packaged return.
4. Drop your return at the designated shipping carrier. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to fully process
