If your order has been marked as "Delivered" but you have not yet received it, it may still be out for delivery via USPS or UPS. Check for a "Delivery Attempted" notification in case the carrier tried to reach out to you for the delivery.
You can also verify with your property managers or neighbors to see if they accepted the delivery on your behalf.
