With every $1 you spend you receive a point. Once you accumulate 100 points, you can start redeeming. You will get a $5 gift card for every 100 points. You can also get 15 points for following us on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or YouTube.

Can I get points for purchases in the past?
No, the loyalty program starts on the 14th of August 2023. From that point on every purchase qualifies for points, when you are a registered loyalty member.
How do I become a loyalty member?
You get auto enrolled with your first purchase after the launch of our loyalty program. You can also sign up here.
Can I share my points with friends and family? / Can I share my account with friends and family?
No, neither points nor accounts can be shared. If we find suspicious activity, the account will be banned from participating in our loyalty program.
How will I recieve notification of my enrollement?
You will recieve the following "Welcome to the LASCANA Loyalty Club" email when enrolled in the program.

How long does it take to see the points I've accumulated?
There is no delay, the points should be visible and can be found in the online account section.
How to I know how many points I've accumulated?
Your total pionts accumulated can be found in the online account section - https://www.lascana.com/secure/MyShares.aspx (you will need an account to access)
Where do I redeem my points for order discount amounts?
After loging into your account, and access the Lascana Loyalty Points page, you can unlock your reward by clicking a box with point amount covered by your total points for an E-cert code, the code remains on the dashboard until it is used. We do not send emails with the code, but we send emails with points. You cannot generate another coupon code if you haven't used the one you generated previously.

Where can I see the history of the Lascana Loyalty points earned for each activity.
These can be reviewed in the Lascana Loyalty Point account section.
